Stop 25 -
OLD SCHOOLHOUSE

In 1922, the district built a striking mission-style schoolhouse complete with a fountain and fish pond, which became a beloved landmark. However, following the devastating 1933 earthquake, much of the building was condemned. Only one wing remained structurally sound and continued to serve its educational purpose. Today, a portion of that historic wing still stands, a testament to the school's enduring legacy.
