The Camarillo Old Town Association: Heritage Days Fiesta is a five day event including a carnival, live music, vendors and classic car show. The Carnival and live music stages will commence on the Wednesday, July 15 - Sunday, July 19, 2026. The Saturday and Sunday will include a street closure and vendor village with classic car show. Heritage Days 2025 brought over 70,000 visitors to Old Town Camarillo during the event.

Heritage Days Fiesta – Street Vendor Application (CMA Members Only)

Before You Apply:

Please confirm all of the following before submitting your application:

  • You are a current, paid 2026 Camarillo Merchant Association (CMA) Member

  • Your business is physically located within the Heritage Days street closure area

  • You understand this application does not apply to businesses outside the street closure

  • If your business is not located within the closure, you will have to apply through the Retail Vendor Application

  • You are available to operate during vendor hours on Saturday, July 18th and Sunday, July 19th

  • You can complete early-morning set-up and remove your vehicle from the closure by 9:00 AM

  • You will provide all booth materials, including tent/canopy, tables, chairs, displays, and point-of-sale system

  • You understand no water or utility hookups are available

  • If electricity is needed, you acknowledge the $100 electricity fee and will request it on the application

Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be approved.

Street Vendor Hours:

Street vendors will operate during the following times:

  • Saturday, July 18: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM

  • Sunday, July 19: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Street closures begin at 5:00 AM on Saturday, July 18th. Vendor access for check-in and set-up begins at 6:00 AM. All vehicles must exit the street closure by 9:00 AM.

Pricing:

  • One (1) street vendor space at no cost with a current, paid 2026 CMA Membership ($189)

  • Electricity: $100 (optional; must be requested on the application)

Vendor Responsibilities:

Vendors are responsible for providing and managing all aspects of their space, including:

  • Staffing and supervision of your booth at all times

  • Sale of merchandise and providing your own point-of-sale system

  • Internet access for transactions (a mobile hotspot is recommended)

  • Tables, chairs, tents/canopies, displays, lighting, and all necessary equipment

  • Complete set-up and removal of all materials brought to the event

Additional Important Information:

  • Ventura Blvd., from the west end of Glenn Dr. (crosswalk) to Fir St., will be closed to traffic beginning 5:00 AM Saturday, July 18th through 8:00 PM Sunday, July 19, 2026.

  • Vendor check-in begins at 6:00 AM on Saturday, July 18th and will be located on Fir St. between Wok & South Mongolian BBQ and Plush Med Spa.

  • Temporary vehicle access will be provided for load-in and set-up only. All vehicles must exit the closure area by 9:00 AM.

  • Vendors must supply their own tent/canopy, tables, chairs, and displays.

  • Vendors are responsible for manning their own booth and all merchandise sales.

  • Electricity is available for street vendors for $100 and must be requested on the application.

  • No water or additional utility hookups will be available.
